Director: Ece Cakiroglu

Born in Chicago, raised in Istanbul, educated in London, now in New York.

Ece Cakiroglu graduated from King’s College London with a degree in BSc Business Management and Marketing. Being a self-portrait photographer, she is fascinated by visual psychology in storytelling. To explore her passion for visual arts, she earned her Masters in Directing at the School of Visual Arts in New York.

Along with her work in cinema, she is fascinated by the metaphorical impact of physical form in the visual scenery. Her work expands to creating unique plaster sculptures ranging from human body parts to abstract shapes. She dedicates her time in exploring new ways of storytelling by using various physical forms that are part of the set design.
