Ece Çakıroğlu is a filmmaker and multidisciplinary artist interested in visual psychology and the representation of inner psychological states.

 

Her background in self-portraiture has shaped her approach to identity, character and constructed imagery.

After graduating from King’s College London with a

BSc in Business Management, she trained at the

London Film Academy and later earned an

MFA in Directing from the School of Visual Arts in

New York, receiving the Paula Rhodes Memorial Award for Excellence.
